or

Vripple = i/(cf)

where,
i = current
c = capacitance
t = time (1/freq)

Vripple = i/(cf)
i=v/r ;i=15/180=0.0833amp

Vripple = i/(cf)=0.0833/1800*50=9.25

b) average output voltage Vav=Vpk*0.637

=15*0.637=9.55
