Crust: From the given seismic velocity of seismic wave it is clear that the crust is liquid.

Mantle: Mantle is also liquid with low velocity of seismic wave.

Core: Since, seismic wave velocity is more, core is thought to be solid.

Since, both core and mantle are with liquid composition, core is solid. Hence, Zorgon has no liquid core.
