Ans:-1) there are so many leadership styles some of them are

Autocratic is a type of leadership in which leader has all the authority or one can say this is a boss centered leadership in which boss will make all the decisions and his subordinates has to follow him without any flexibility.

Democratic this is different from autocratic because subordinates are involved in making the decision communication is a unique feature of this leadership both upward and downward.This style is mainly Used by the leader for interaction

Laissez-faire kind of leadership is least effective and least satisfying management style because In this management style there is a lack of leadership and supervision from the manager that leads to poor production

Multicreatic style include all the team members this mainly works in case of emergency in this style everyone has the authority and everyone participate in the activity.

Ans:-2) Yes with democratic process the interaction will be scusseful because you got proper supervision to get to a conclusion and everyone has the right to participate in making decisions.

Ans:-3)I would have handled this in the same way as I described above because everyone's participation is very important by this everyone got a chance to put there views infront of a leader and thus it will lead to a great production in the company.
