Authentic leadership approach-- This emphasizes building the leader's legitimacy through honest relationship with followers which value their input and are build on an ethical foundation.

1. The leader is more able to maintain trust and cohesion among the group

Empowering employees and guiding them through the task in an empathetic and honest manner

2. Ability to build positive and rewarding relationship

Employee- leader relationship on the development and on listening to people's ideas and thoughts.
