Amish society rich and disinctive culture in american society..amish cultural and religious beliefs entitly different from american culture..They are christian esh first settled in lancaster country and migrated to united states..
Health care:
    They are always against for services and laws ..eg..Governement funded insurance and ACA..their clinic president tols like they wew opposite to commersial insurance and they will take care of one another burden..when they not affort their sick and paying payment the church will take initiative...they are farmers want to work within their family and community..schools run by amish teachers for their childrens only..
To cover from outstanding medical bills they will donate their farmland..In case of medical emergency amish can not able to pay governement funded program did various useful program like health services,housing,subsidies but they refuse this help..for this overpayment of medical bills if they start losing their farm at last they wont have nothing for them..
   for this problem at last there was a solution like:
Monthly installment payment option like they can pay their hospital payment in monthly installemnt basis..and lump sum option in this they sell thier small portion of farm and they can make a payment..next is food services in this amish people excellent in farming organic food like vegetables and fruits..in thatway they can sell all those for hospital inpatient food services and they can settle their bill payment,Trading commodities is amish people involve in trading commodities like clothing,sheets,floral arrangement..so hospitals accept the medical payemnt from amish by getting these materials from them..
American indians are native americans..5.2 million peoples are american indians in U.S census..The indian health services maintained the hospitals and health care centers for US urban areas..
