Let us take the example of a typical lunch menu in the United States. Majority of the persons residing in U.S hardly have any time for lunch, so they want something really quick as of a beef burger with or without cheese, a doughnut, a candy or a energy bar and in some cases a fruit. Milk should be taken from Grass fed diary which contains fewer inflammatory fatty acids and reduces inflammation.
