Print Co. 360 Inc. specializes in 3D printing. They ship their only 3D printer to Monoprice, the manufacturer, for repairs. Print Co. hires AAA Transportation to take the 3D printer to Monoprice and return it to Print Co. when the repairs are complete. Print Co. has to suspend all printing without the printer, but AAA does not know this. Print Co. expects to be without the printer for three days and lose profits of $2,500. When the 3D printer is not returned by the end of the third day, Print Co. rents a 3D printer at a cost of $100 a day. AAA Transportation delays three more days before the 3D printer is returned. Print Co. files a suit against AAA, asking for compensatory, consequential, and punitive damages.

Because at the time of giving transportation work to AAA transportation the Print co does not disclosed that they have only this 3D printer and if the more delay in transporation will result into loss of profit and also the transportation is for from print co to print co a retuen journy and AAA does not know the severity of the shipment to printco and nor print co has tell the AAA transporation that they want the same within 3 days time it is the lack of communication which lead to no intenally delay of shipment by AAA transportation so Print Co can no recover the cost
