We know the values for the sustrate concentration and the rate of formatio, we need to change this value from s and v to 1/s and 1/v

If you plot this values you get the line weaver burk. The data 1/v is the y axis and the data 1/S is the x axis, let´s calculate the slope by choosing 2 points, i´ll choose the first and the last one

y2 - y1 = 0.03472 - 0.0813 = -0.046

x2-x1 = 0.81300813 - 5.714285714 = -4.9

m = -0.046 / -4.9 = 0.0095 this is the slope

Now let´s apply the straight line equation

y = mx + b

for the first point

0.0813 = 0.0095*5.714 + b

b = 0.0813 - 0.0095*5.714 = 0.027

b = 1/Vmax

Vmax = 37.037

slope = km / Vmax

0.0095 = Km / 37.07

Km = 0.3519
