1. Celiac disease is define as an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic intestinal inflammation and varying degrees of intestinal mucosal atrophy with associated malabsorption.
Gluten cause digestive problems such as gassiness, abdominal pain, or diarrhea because of the small intestine's inability to digest gluten ,irritation and flattening of villi.
2. 3 grains that contain gluten- wheat, barley and oats.
3. Gluten free foods are- small amounts of oatmeal and lunch meats, corn, soy, rice, potato, oats, gravy,snacks, lunch meats, breads, sauces.
