Slide 1 : Problem Statement : The sales of our watch brand STAR has decined from 100000 units per month to 50000 units per month oner a period of 5 months. So the reduction is 50% of our normal sales.
Slide 2: Based on the feedback received from consumers and channel partners , the top-3 reasons for declining sales are 1) Absence of Online Mode of Sales 2) Our biggest competitor MAC reducing their price by 10% 3) Poor range of products for children who are now wearing multiple number of watches matching their dress as a fashion statement.
