I attached the results from the drosophila experiment. I need help writing a discussion! We were given AB42 and OOC flies. The tables represent the climbing assay where the flies had to pass the 8 cm mark within 10 seconds and on the graph the red line indicated AB42 and the blue indicated OOC. Thank you.

Amyloid plaque are made up of amyloid beta peptides(AB) and by amyloid precursor protein.one of the cleavage product of AB is AB 42.

Avoidance index from the thermotaxis behavior assay is stable that AB42.

Death rate of AB42 is high in 12year and 40 yrs of age. In case of OOC the survival rate is high as the survival rate is high as the death rate is low dead flies are more in 40yrs of age and 12 yrs also but less compare to AB42.

In week 1for both flies most flies were born , which was deceased over time.
