We are in an age when most are more dependent on science than ever before. It offers great potential to solve pressing problems. As we know, every coin has two sides, science has also two sides- good and bad. As a good side, it has potential to solve pressing problems and makes life comfortable, easy, luxurious and more meaningful. But to another side, it is a devil and open the door to more problems.
Science is knowledge and knowledge has no end and there is nothing material, which science may not hope to achieve.
As science is helping man to make life better but as he continues his research which leads to the destructive dimension of science. So we can say, there are many things that should not be studied or information that should not be shared.
Today, man are making bombs, using nuclear energy for destruction purposes. The bomb can annihilate the entire race, whole world is destroyed. I am sure production of destructive weapons is the largest curse of science to humankind.
As mechanization led to industrialization which given birth to unemployment and capitalism. Machines thrown thousands out of employment, and capitalism that harm the poor labourers.
Science leaves no place to for God or religion and disbelief in God leads to degeneration of the family and the society. As man understands only what he can see and his vision is too blurred to make crimes.
