Hi, I'm looking to start a hobby to do along side a career for my future. I would really like to get into paranormal investigation and I've been wanting to since I was like 8. I need help getting started and I would like to find some websites that will allow me to join them in investigation. The thing is, I am under 18 , and I'm having a really hard time finding websites like that. So anyone out there who could teach me more on the subject or lead me to some good websites I could join to learn more, that would be great!

There is the legal problem of you going out on investigation because of your age.
However there is nothing stopping you joining in on paranormal team websites. You will then learn and become friendly with them.
One of the most useful things you can do at your age is to learn to research properly. Look at what happens when the team goes to an investigation, and what happens from that point. For example, my team spent a night at a local castle and recorded some strange evp's. Then it took weeks of discussion online with us all listening to and trying to decipher what was said. It was only after an online member recognised it as being french that we discovered it meant 'secret' which led to further research on the castle as a place where the nobility there spoke french.

So, learn to use your library effectively, find the microfilm records, and how to use genealogy searches & tax records to do thorough research. Then you will be an asset to any team as a researcher. Taking up photography would also be useful.
