From this we can say that if we select the option public then it is observed in the recent past few years that the management of health system and medical services for public has improved a lot. In the decade ago the system for the public medical services were undeveloped and poor management but the evolution of science and technology the system has been changed and improve. This can be seen in the mortality rate. The mortality rates decreases.

The hospital and the management system have the great influence of political and governmental bodies in it. Due to which every time when the ruling party change the system also changes. Now the question is that the steps are taken is benefited to general public.
