Answer 1: We know that the equator is the only place where seasonal variations in sun angle are very less and the sun angle is always very high no matter whether we are talking about June or December. Therefore any place near to the equator(Carbondale) show high sun angle and little difference in sun angle of June and December, however, a place like England which is far away from equator show huge sun angle variation in the season of June and December.

Answer 2: In June the solar rays hit at 90 degrees to the latitude of 23.5 because of earth axial tilt of 23.5. As we move away from the 23.5 N latitude the sun angle starts to decrease. Now we know Daker is closer to 23.5 N latitude so it shows high sun angle as compared to Sandigo which is far from 23.5N latitude.

Answer 3: March is the time of equinox the city which is closer to the equator will show the highest sun angle. Daker Senegal is closer to the equator so it will show the highest sun angle.
