There are frequent PACs and rare PVCs. The PACs are all isolated with 2.6% of the total recurring seen. The PVCs are rare, some multifocal. The maximum PVCs per hour is 10. The average PVCs per 1,000 beat is 0.5. There are no pauses. Only nondiagnostic ST-T changes are seen throughout the tracing. No patient diary is available. The above findings should be clinically correlated. IMPRESSION: Normal sinus rhythm with occasional PACs, all isolated. Rare PVCs, some multifocal. Absence of asystolic pauses. Nondiagnostic ST-T changes. Absence of patient diary.
