Tukey's HSD at 5% level of significance =Q0.05 *sqrt(MS_Error / n)

where Q0.05 = 3.59, n =number of observations per sample

In our case there are 4 samples (p-1 =3) and 24 total observations,so, n=24/4 = 6

Thus, Tukey's HSD at 5% level of significance =3.59 * sqrt(4.9/6) = 3.24

eta-square = SSbetween / SStotal = 36/134 = 0.2687
