The experimental group is the men who work work with women with better effectiveness in finding a solution to a problem-solving task, and the group that receives the variable (degree of regard towards women) being tested on them. The control group refers to the group of men who does not work with women with better effectiveness in findinga solution to a problem-solving task.

The men for the study should be selected from differnt categories of equal opportunity employer. It should be noted that the men must be accompanied with women (of high efficiency) in a team of project for a reasonable time. Now, men should be put randomly into experimetal groups (with efficient women co-workers) and randomly into control group (without women co-workers). They would be given a certain problem solving task for a stipulated amount of time and at the end their opinion regarding women worker should be noted in an ordinal scale.
