a. From table we can find that mean=24.552 and sd=3.044

b. z score for 30.900, so z=30.900-24.552/3.044=2.09

and z score for 17.800 is z=17.800-24.552/3.044=-2.22

c. z=1.96 for 95% CI

So Margin of Error = E=z*sd/sqrt(n)=0.844

Hence CI=mean+/-E=24.552+/-0.844=(23.708,25.396)
