The shape of the distribution is right skewed. Mean+3*S=36.06 and the biggest value is 39.68 (an outlier) and hence it is more skewed on the right.

Q3=20.775 and Q1=15.2025. IQR is 5.575. Outlier rule for IQR is Q1-1.5*IQR and Q3+1.5*IQR. Therefore, 15.2025-1.5*5.575=15.2025-8.3625=6.84 and 20.775+1.5*5.575=29.1375. Anything below 6.84 and above 29.1375 is an outlier. Here, 39.68 is an outlier.
