b) Test statistic:

x= 70.42 , s = 9.95 , n =49

t = ( x - mean) / (s/ sqrt(n))

= ( 70.42 - 72) / ( 9.95 / sqrt(49))

= -1.12

Now, we need to find p value using t = -1.12 , df = 48
