Explanation / Answer

1: This concept is very significant in the current era. The use of social media and the exposure of identity has creates lot of positive and negative impact. Thus the concept is important about how it can be effectively used and how it shpuld be controlled

2: Communication competance is all about how to use the platform intelligently and in a sophisticated way. It should be good for the community and also shpuld refelct our personal integirty in a positive way. The competencies helps in creating a constructive platform for the well being of all the group. Social media can play important role in raising voice against unfair systems, cultural and ethical issues etc.

3: One of th major aspects people tend to be more reactive than earlier with usage of social medai. They are ready to express their opinions without any fear and they really fought for the justice of the same. Thus a colloborative platform thorugh social media has been formed as groups and they think similarly for a common objective. The challenge in this social media is basically into identification of genuine personality. The over use of technology tends to be more tricky in nature and people use fake identity for protest and to create psuedo plays.
