for z test for a proportion np>=10 and n(1-p)>=10

a)here np =10*0.2= 2 whcih is less then 10 and therefore we can not uuse one sample z test for proportion.

b)

here n(1-p)=80*(1-0.9)=8 which is less then 10 ; therefore we can not uuse one sample z test for proportion.
