Explanation / Answer

I have been lucky to be part of an amazing team. We were a group of five people assigned to developing a knowledge management repository of proposals and presentations prepared for clients. The idea was to have a ready reckoner central repository for future proposals. I believe the following things worked best for us:

Results – We were able to develop a central repository with over 500 proposals and presentations. It eased the work of everyone. They could go to one place and take out content for use as required. This enhanced productivity of team considerably and we won an award at next all hands meet.
