This motivational approach studies the job criterion of the workers in a company in Mali country. The various factors important for the study of the motivation include---
Hertzberg two factor theory approach can be applied to the study of the motivation in this scenario. This theory distinguishes the people who are satisfied in their jobs from the people who are not satisfied in their jobs. The factors required for the running of an effective organization include-- the division and distribution of the work, avoidance of burn out and work load, supervision of the work daily, monitoring of the work progress of the employees, providing incentives and increase in the salary for excellent work profiles and providing rewards for good work accomplishments. The survey was conducted on the health workers in Mali country which include the analysis of the perspectives of their job requirements and the satisfaction of the work programming and work schedules. The ministry of heath provides the salary and the wages to the health employees. The data was collected from the clinical hospitals, clinical centers, workshops and villages based on the work index of the levels of motivation and levels of satisfaction. A number of hospitals were chosen for the analysis of the health care facilities and the number of the health care workers recruited in the job opportunities sector. The three step sampling method was used for the analysis of the worker performance and appraisals according to their input and output in jobs. The levels of satisfaction and dissatisfaction were analyzed on the study of the scale with the interpretation of various factors like the distance of the jobs from home, the availability of the proper infrastructure and facilities, availability of the proper number of the employees, availability of the necessary funds and raw materials. The survey indicated that at many workshops and awareness campaigns there was a lack of the blood pressure and delivery kits for the analysis of the samples.
