Government monopolization-It means the government owns all the media outlets. Obviously,the government has the biggest monopolization right from media channels to infrastructure. The state governments might be having control over,liquor selling like in India, government has made laws regarding not to sell liquour within 500m from any restaurant. Pre-publication review means the government must approve information before it is disseminated. The government is responsible for reviewing any document related to laws being passed or national security before they are published and made available to the public. Licencing and registration means a news organization must get a liscense from the government before operating. It is used for media with limited bandwidth, such as radio and televison. Everything done by the public needs licence,right from driving to opening up a shop or restaurant. Legal license is needed for extra construction and even selling certain medicines. Also media channels and print media organizations need legal license to be able to operate and send messages to the public via their channels. Some news channels actually show news which is approved by the government only.
