1- The fundamental difference which enabled in African Americans or Latinos are engaged with pre era of American history. African Americans are used as slave so that they have developed personal intentions generation by generation and still lot of ethnic groups thinking that whites had invaded their land through arms. The second important factor is that the cultural and traditional difference, the diversity is a good thing for society but it also enables differences and identity problems. Third point is related to economical differences, we can see the economic and educational differences between whites and non-whites so that it enables social boundaries which threatens participation in the society.

2- The peace in community can be built by participation of individuals, diverse society experienced differences and perceptions which create hurdles to develop community peace.

3- The economic difference create social gap in the society, economic labelling such as billionaire, businessman, rich and poor or middle class are the factors which help to get privileges from society so that these condition and rights threatens poor and vulnerable priorities.

4- The social construction depends on various factors like power, money, labelling etc. so that his diversity among groups in society creates problems as well as support the social formation. Recent time we can see the statistical data of society in which we can analyse the use of power in society, some groups are enjoying social and political privileges while other are not, so that the society create itself by these factors.

5- Community organization needs some general and specific skills like, caring others, caring about human rights and establish trust and faith in the society. Social participation and social engagement can develop good community organization.

6- Lot of hurdles and barriers prevent unity and organization of community, religion, privileges and social support influence the prevention of social engagement.

7- As a student, you can help to develop good and effective community organization, a student can create symbols, commitment and unity in the society. Students also can aware people about the benefits of social organization. Educational institutions are the hub of social reflection and development so that responsibility of schools and students increase. Students can make multi ethnic groups, they also can engage teachers and parents to form social organization.
