What key principle regarding creativity would you want to guide your work? For example, you could say that creativity is something that employees can learn, but they must be flexible to step out of their comfort zone and take risks for creativity to thrive. What key principle would you emphasize, as the starting point for your work in this company? Explain your rationale. Assume that you assessed the needs of the organization and found that many of the employees did not respect their managers. What might you do to begin addressing this need for better manager/employee relations? How might this culture of contentious relationships between managers and employees be an obstacle to creativity and innovation in the workplace? How might management be unintentionally promoting these poor relationships? How would you measure whether the program you put in place increased creativity and improved relationships over a certain period of time?

Creativity is all about expressing yourself. The workplace or workforce mainatains discipline in order to avoid ambiguity , believe in oneness so that they excel in competition. Competitive environment does not lead creativity to prosper as peole always set their upon a single a goal and forget what she or he actually wants to do in her life.Same pplies to money, in money making business creativity looses its soul.
Hence in work place, some amount of free time must be given to the team, where they can discuss whatever they want to, eg: sing any song, express themselves etc. All these helps in stepping out of comfortzone very easily. Where the subordinates do not respect their managers would mean that there is some problem in attitudes, either subordinate are not aware about what they want to do in life and are just accepting decisions laid, or their opinions are not taken into consideration. This culture is definately a hindrance to creativity as the cold rivalry starts between both and then creativity is impossible as the actions taken or the decision made are out of revenge feeling. Thereby managers promote such hosile environment unconsciously..
I would implement above mention programm, and would hold competitions or just days such as singing day. All these things help in sooting environment. I would keep a mix team where both express their opinions. And ego culture is no more there. Would hold such kinds of programmes once in 6 months.
