There were some incidents of bullying in her childhood, hence whenever she gets bullied she remembers those and goes into shell. She had also faced some during her office work She is therefore ofetn not comfortable with stron and powerful people. She is easy with soft people around. She works is a small office as admin clerk and has 3 more years to retire. Martha had a got good husband, who is no more. She has one son and daughther in law and a grandson. These days she claims that her daughter in law and son are ruling her, they are telling he what to do and what not to do, they are being rude with her. She feels sad and powerless for her stage. Martha has a bunch of good old friends in office with whom she confides everything. They all share their feelings with each other and support each others.
