Explanation / Answer

This information is interestng. Insulin is a hormone which takes glucose from blood to cells. If insulin is resistant to the glucose will concentrate in blood and it will make complications in our body. In the video sarah says don't eat carbohydrates and replace it with fats. It will take the sugar level at normal and will take the insulin level low. In Metabolism body starts to produce glucose from fats. Prime role of insulin is related with glucose only not with what we eat.

My concern in this study will be it may cause low sugar condition which is more dengorous than high sugar. This study might get failed to reverse the type 2 diabetic based on diet.
