Fungus are beneficial to environment because it speedup nutrient recycle process In experiment it is beneficial to first test small sample because it gives idea about is effectiveness of methods we applying and reduce further loss Fungicide are chemical which kill fungus and fungistatic are chemical which stop growth of fungus Because alcohol H2O2 garlic and commercial fungicide act on protein structure of fungus and disturb them due to denaturation fungus can not grow. Because Allicin is disturb sulfate bond of protein and denature protein that why it is effective aginst invading pathogen( invading pathogen attached via protein) For specific activity protein need specific structure Because fungus produce enzyme extracellularelly and specific to substrate so that it can not digest fungi itself.
