What is the topic of the speech?
The speech is about the basic fundamental rights that every individual should have .The speaker speaks about "fresh air" which means free speech.The speaker is from China and she compares the basic fundamental rights of individual between the USA & China. According to the speaker, USA is more tolerant for critism from its citizens , free speech is promoted . Life Liberty & The Pursuit Of Happiness were strange words for the speaker as the China limits the freedom of expression from its citizens.
What audience was the speaker targeting?
The speaker was basically targetting the immediate audience present in the auditorium , but she had a message to the Government of China and also the world as well while comparing the countries on the basis of various individual rights.

The speech introduction was definately effective beacause the speaker has conveyed the differences between two countries in a very subtle way talking about fresh air(Liberty) of Maryland and wearing various masks (restrictions) in China.

Yes, It does provided all key points as well as supportive evidence .The speaker reveals how she learned to express freely her opinion freely, she could even challenege a statement by her instructor , also rating her professors online.

Yes, it was a effective conclusion as the speaker speaks about the importance of democracy and free speech and appeals everyone to enjoy the freedom and never let it go.
