Luxury with Style and Heritage is the motto of my organization. Providing exceptional customer service with quality and world class products to each and every customer is what we are looking for. Company wants to be the leading retailer in the region for luxury watches ans writing instruments. Started in the year 1990 with just 4 employess and with 1 store now expanded over 5 countries and with 300 stores in rich in its history and dedication and hardwork. Maximum result with minimum resourses and willingness to work hard are the things in the employess which resulted in the growth of the organization.

Link behaviors with business objectives,work with and within the cultural situations are two important points in the working of my current organization. It gives maximum productivity and utilisation of each employess skills where ever required.Demonstrate impact quickly so as to make the necessary changes. Actively managing cultural situation over time.Teamwork,communication,goal,strategy and learning opportunities are some of the attributes of my organization. These help in the overall performance of day to day operations and helps us in achiving the desired goals.

Some factors that affects the behavior of individual are personal, environmental and organisational factors. Persona; factors include physical condition od a employee,age,gender,religion as well as martial status physical ability and attitude. External factors such as employment level,wage rates,economical environment, social and political factors.Organisational factors are facilities within the wokplace,company structure and leadership and reward system.some of the problems which can be seen in the organization are employee personal issues such as personality conflict,supervisor issue or personal trauma.Team problem is also a major issue,team leaders must offer constant feedback whem facing such issue.

Motivation is a very important factor in the overall productivity.Unmotivated employess get bored with the monotonous routine job.One effective way of motivation is gamification technique by offering gadgets abd rewards to the employees making their work more fun,exciting and interesting. Set clear goals and provide feedback.Clearly stating them company goals and giving them daily goals make them responsible in their work.Good management practice can enhance and help maintain employee productivity.Use of technology and setting standards in the organisation helps in the better result and improve the overall performance in the system.Effective and efficient communation is key to sucess of any organization.Three key things to remember are employee motivation,proactive involvement of managers and the use of technology.If you thoughfully execute plans with these concepts in mind,organization will be on the right track.
