Explanation / Answer

1. Newborn has a limited control over his body. Usually, mother nature makes his capable with many innate survival skills. The reflexes can make him seem like a bundle of nerves—twitching, jerking, and kicking at odd times—but they’re actually signs that everything is working just fine. The main three reflexes in infant are:

a. Rooting reflex: This reflex begins when the corner of the baby's mouth is stroked or touched.

b. Suck reflex: Rooting helps the baby become ready to suck.

c. Walking reflex: A series of steplike motions of an infant's legs when the infant is held under the arms and with the feet in contact with a surface.

When the baby becomes 3months old, the reflexes gradually disappears.
