One of the most important things in one’s professional life is reflecting on the activities done in order to check what went well and what needs to be improved because there is always room for improvement. People who don’t reflect do not grow because they are not open, not ready to learn and not motivated. These people will be a burden to the profession and a liability to the organization.

I think the activities that I had done in the class are very important for me to reflect not only on my subject knowledge but also my ability to work to time, work with people and work out different scenarios and problems. There were times when I had to work to time such as completing assignments on time, think about new ideas that would align my thought process with the topic I was learning. There were also times when I had to maintain cordial relationship with everyone in the class and at the same time point out their mistakes to help them without hurting them. This degree will help me identify not only my talents and skills but also myself. This would also help me become a professional who would be useful to the society.
