The new Criminal Justice System works towards making U.S. a safe place free from gun, gang and family violence. The new system promotes a collaborative efforts from many agencies such as the police, judges, prison officers, government agencies and even the public in reducing and preventing crimes by sharing information on possible criminals and crimes trend. They also involve in creating awareness, conducting workshops and turning people and criminals, people friendly. One of the most significant part of the new system is prevention of crime and upholding the law and order strictly for the betterment of everyone in the country.

Communities will definitely welcome the move because they will have a safe neighbourhood that would be free of crime and criminals. They will feel safe because someone will be around the corner every time when a crime occurs. They will also freely share information with the authorities. At times, it would look like a crime scene when the police are around looking for someone. Frequent such patrolling will disturb the peace in the region as the criminals will be on the run every time disturbing the public. Public will be at risk of retaliation as criminals will try to attack those who inform the police about them.
