Breast self examination (BSE) includes the checking or screening of breast self at home. All the men and women should screen or check their breast oncein a month under 18 years old to familiarize with condtion of breast that how these feel or look normally.
If he/she find any abnormalities like lump or cyst formation then he/she should sincerely aware with this and immediately consult to a specialist for further diagnosis and right steps for this.
