Explanation / Answer
There lies a basic difference while doing business with a business and while doing business with a customer because both are different entities and the type of data that needs to be maintained regarding the entities are different. I believe that data for customers are difficult to maintain in comparison to that or organizations because customer data is customer specific and will vary depending upon the customers, the volume of data will be high because of obvious reasons but in the case of business to business process generally the volume of data isnlow which needs to be maintained by the organization because the data is generally structured with proper hierarchy and reference. Business to customer processes generally possess a consolidated database management system which will help the organization in monitoring the data and use it for the betterment of the business.
