1 ebola virus aided mainly cell mediated immunity by human immune response via cd4 and cd8 cytotoxix T cell to clear the viral infected cells.but along with high count of T cell, their is high count of B cell present in blood of infected patient with high plasma cell activation lead to antibody against ebola viral antigen.

2. When these worker come in contact with same ebola virus than thier is very les chance of re infection because the ebola antigen comes in contact with these circulating memory cd4 T helper cells and also via humoral antibody response .

In these patient chance of reinfection increse with increse age nd poor immunity weakness and debilitated patients increased ebola re infection.

3 -if workers come in contact with different strain their is increde chances of infection brcause the memory T cell dont have immunity against this strain and 2 phase of high immune response is not occur.

Antibody alredy present aginst the previous strain does not counteract this new strain so infection occur
