Cimigine :- It inhibit potassium iodine cotransporter, thus this drug will also be used in hyperthyroidism.

Iodimine:- It inhibit iodinase. Iodinase catalyses iodine binding to the thyroid hormone so this drug is also helpful in hyperthyroidism.

Aldosine:- It inhibit angiotensinogen production from the liver. Renin angiotensin system and thyroid hormone are related. Thyroid hormone stimulate renin synthesis. Thus this drug inhibit thyroid hormone synthesis and will be helpful in hyperthyroidism.

Adoramine:- it inhibit sodium iodine cotransporter thus increasing potassium iodine cotransporter and help in thyroid hormone synthesis thus helpful in hypothyroidism.

Thyromine :- it stimulates thyroglobulin production thus helping in thyroid hormone synthesis and can be used in hypothyroidism.
