1) Inflammation of mucous membranes (meninges) present in the brain is known as meningitis. Chronic meningitis may lead to disturbance in circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. It can lead to brain edema and brain damage.

2) The air spaces present within the skull lighten the skull bone and also protect the brain from impact. When these spaces are present in mucous membrane, their mucuscsecreting cells will decrease.

4) Knee joint is a synsvial joint of the hinge vatiety. It bears most of the body weight. Osteoarthritis is more common in knee joint. Three bones are involved in forming knee joint: femur, tibia and patella. This makes knee joint unstable.
