Organizational behavior is the study of the way people interact within groups which can be applied to facilitate the functioning of an organization. the management of workers. The basic difference between organizational behaviour and human resource is that the former focuses on individual and group dynamics within an organization setting whereas the latter studies individual behavior as a sub-set of organization behavior. The effective use of human resources can be used to shape the perceptions and behavior of the employees in an organization, resulting in a desired outcome in their organizational behavior.
