Explanation / Answer

My personal theory of leadership is based on the leadership qualities where leader do not only believe in adapting to environment rather changing with environment do not forget the business ethics and values. Adhere should strictly adherer to moral and workplace vales which motivates him and others to achieve organizational objectives. My values are Kindness, Empathy, Good Listening Skills, Supportive, Determined and strong transformational leader. Determined towards my approach and active listening skills help me in taking right decisions. Adherence to the moral and workplace values helps me in with adapting different cultures and environment at the work place. To implement transformational change in an organisation, it is important to empathetic and kind, it will create a sense of belongingness among employees and they will get motivated for work. Several persons believe in equality failed in bringing transformational changes in the organization as they don’t give importance to ethics. Thus, my values and personal leadership theory believes in fulfilling the goals and bringing transformational changes through the ability to take environment a place where everyone is treated with respect and personal growth is also given importance. Employees are open for discussions and healthy decisions are to be taken forward for the benefit for all. But, sometimes such leadership style create nuisance by employees those who are not very much active and don’t like changes. Those who are dull and don’t like discussions feel uninterested. But, for overall growth of the organization as well as the deserving employees my open and effective leadership theory will do wonders. Through current traits, some other improvement traits like giving feminism importance, rational mind-set, networking and public speaking are also other important for better personal leadership management.
