Help with formula to find and return cell value

Hello all,

I have a spreadsheet as pictured below.

Would it be possible to have a formula on the same worksheet in say column Z that returns the value on row 1 that corresponds to the right-most column that has data in row 2?

For the table above, I would expect the returned value to be "Sep Wk3"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try this in Col Z

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A3:Y3<>""),A1:Y1)

or if you want to drag it down

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A3:Y3<>""),$A$1:$Y$1)
