Question

There are formulas in cell b6 thru I6. When I paste these formula to a different row, same columns, the intended data is not pulled from the other worksheet.

how can I get these to look at appropriate cells when pasted to different rows?

EDIT: forgot to include that the formulas are pasted FIVE rows lower yet the worksheet to pull the data FROM are in the very next row.

=IF(Worksheet!D3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!D3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!D3>15.01,Worksheet!D3-20,IF(Worksheet!D3<24.99,Worksheet!D3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!G3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!G3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!G3>15.01,Worksheet!G3-20,IF(Worksheet!G3<24.99,Worksheet!G3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!J3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!J3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!J3>15.01,Worksheet!J3-20,IF(Worksheet!J3<24.99,Worksheet!J3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!M3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!M3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!M3>15.01,Worksheet!M3-20,IF(Worksheet!M3<24.99,Worksheet!M3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!P3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!P3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!P3>15.01,Worksheet!P3-20,IF(Worksheet!P3<24.99,Worksheet!P3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!S3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!S3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!S3>15.01,Worksheet!S3-20,IF(Worksheet!S3<24.99,Worksheet!S3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!V3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!V3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!V3>15.01,Worksheet!V3-20,IF(Worksheet!V3<24.99,Worksheet!V3-200))))

=IF(Worksheet!V3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!V3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!V3>15.01,Worksheet!V3-20,IF(Worksheet!V3<24.99,Worksheet!V3-200))))

as always

Thank YOU!!

Explanation / Answer

=IF(Worksheet!D3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!D3>25,5,IF(Worksheet!D3>15.01,Worksheet!D3-20,IF(Worksheet!D3<24.99,Worksheet!D3-200))))

Let's start with the logic holes in your formula. You are covering conditions that are less than 15, greater than 15.01, greater than 25 and less than 24.99. That leaves nothing to definitively cover 15, 15.01, 24.99 and 25. The order appears wrong since the last IF(Worksheet!D3<24.99, ...) does not appear to ever being able to be met as it is covered by the previous IF(Worksheet!D3>=15,..). Your formula would probably be better as something like,

=IF(Worksheet!D3<15,-5,IF(Worksheet!D3>=25,5,IF(Worksheet!D3>=15,Worksheet!D3-20,"never reach here")))
