To,

The Manager,

Finance Department,

ABC Company

Dear Manager,

This is regarding the Assistant Manager -Finance opening in your department, which I am keen in applying for this position.

I am currently designated as Assistant manager - Administration Department and have been in this organisation for almost 10 years. I am a management graduate.

In this position I have successfully handled the organisations key administration task like Vendor management, Internal office management and Team management. Also have received en number of accomplishments and awards especially in the vendor management area.

I came across your opening which is quite intresting and would be a great learning and career development opportunity for me in the organisation.

Even though the job requirement of Finance manager is a bit different from the current role which I am performing, given a chance with my prior experience within our organisation, it would be a quick learning and easy pickup for me.

I believe I would be a best fit for this opening and hence request you to look into my profile.

Regards,

John.
