Cloud offers a company a lot of benefits which includes lesser cost of implementation, better technology at an affordable price, ease of use, reduces services cost like server, physically securing the data, space requirements and saves money that is required to constantly upgrade the hardware based on the requirements of the company and the advancement in the technology. This is also necessary for small companies who do not have the resources that the big firms have to be able to implement the same functionality without the cloud. This, combined with the fact that it provides a huge amount of security or even a secure backup to already present information in a company's servers gives it a huge advantage when it comes to data security and management.

Companies need to invest in a cloud system which suits their needs and allow services catered to their business style to be implemented with the use of this technology. It, not only offers server space, it also allows the company to essentially run software like SAAS, DBAAS which will allow a company to consolidate all their processes in one place.
