My proposal for painless cost control strategy to address inflation in Healthcare sector in US
First would be form outcome based payment. in this case the doctor would receive his fees only when the patient is benefited from his service. This would ensure that the doctor give more attention sugar patient in the process reducing the cost also send treatment of disease. Technology can be used to provide extra care to patients by using predictive modelling to find patients with higher health rates and provide care through using online services email and whatsApp. More Hospitals in America would be using epic software which is the electronic health record system. This system will ensure better communication between patient and the doctor.

Second approach would be to ensure productivity,
Increasing productivity would eliminate the delay related to time and cost. The time saved can be used by the doctor to some other patient hands increasing the overall productivity of the hospital and eliminating the deal is related to re-examination through various blood test and wrong treatment provided in case of wrong diagnosis. This would help introduction of cost by around 50%.
Hence focusing on productivity can have a greater impact in enhancing the efficiency of Healthcare sector of America.

Third approach would be to lower the demand of hospital by increasing the capacity of hospital by adding urgent care centre, high intensity Primary care and home based care model and remote monitoring for rural areas by using Telecom and video appointments.
This would help to manage the demand associated with hospital reduce readmission cost. Reduced demand will bring down the cost for admission of patient.

Forth approach would be to provide more benefits through health care plans. Ensure that the claims made by patients are met. Encourage major part of American population to invest in Healthcare plans and mediclaim policy.

Last but most important approach would be to encourage the population of America to take preventive measure rather than cure.
Encourage population to do Yoga, breathing technique, exercise and eat healthy and sleep for 8 hours. These would forster health awareness among american population.
