Even all the operations which are meant for storing and accessing the files is determined by the operating system. Creation of files, creation of directories and reading and writing the data of files and directories and also copy the contents of the files and the directories from one place to another place is alloed by operating system.

ii. Process Management : The operating system also controls the process management which means all the processes that are given by the user or the process that are system ‘s own process are dealt with by the operating system . The operating system also creates the priorities for the user and also start or stop or pause the execution of the process and can also make child process after dividing the large processes into the small processes.

iii. Memory Management: Operating system also Manages the Memory of the Computer System which means it provide the memory to the process and also deallocate the memory from the process. OS also defines that if a process gets completed then the operating system will deallocate the memory from the processes.

iv. Extended Machine : Operating system also acts like an Extended Machine which means Operating system also provides us with sharing of files between multiple users, it also provides graphical environments and various languages for communications and solves many complex operations like using variety of hardwares and softwares.

v. Mastermind: Operating System also performs many other functions and for that reasons we can say that operating system is a Mastermind. It provides booting without an operating system and it allows to increase the logical memory of the computer system by using the physical memory of the computer system and it facilitates us with various types of formats like NTFS and FAT File Systems to be used as per one's convenience.

The file system that will be appropriate for secure work for accounting manager is NTFS. MFT (Master File Table) is the core of the NTFS. NTFS is a special format file that is located on the MFT zone of a partition. This zone is only available to OS service applications and to specialized tools that can address the hard drive directly hence secure and fast. The MFT is a table that uses attributes and security parameters to lists all files.

The mentioned folder structure can be constructed in any drive except C-drive. The names for these folders can be:

Accounting Reports - acc_reports
