Ans-
1. The leader shown in the video is Bill Gates who is the owner of Microsoft Corporation. What I have actually learned about this leader from the video is the most interesting video or working smart and hard at the same time. The same strategy is what the leader has followed, he took smart moves and expanded the business and generated great growth levels. Similarly, he managed a no. of people who remained associated with him until quite late in the business and that is because of his style of leadership and states as one of the most exciting thing.
2. The concepts of taking smart steps, being punctual and team management are the concepts that stand out most clearly in the video. Since there have been many examples about the certain mergers and acquisitions of many companies as a reason of killing competition and setting up monopoly business throughout the zone. Also, there have been examples about his team which remains associated with him throughout his tenure in Microsoft.
3. The positive attributes which are displayed by the leader are the team management, time management, decision making and business development. All these attributes in together helps with leadership ability that the leader is taking through and helped the company and the peers grow globally and in their predefined zone.
4. There are no such negative attributes displayed by the leader and we only have the positive attributes displayed in terms of leadership and exceling as what we have mentioned in the points given above.
5. No, there is no change in my view on leadership, what I initially thought about and my understanding was, it is still the same. In fact, this video made my assumptions and thinking about leadership more crisp and accurate. They have followed the same concepts about leadership which I have assumed to be present in case of true leadership and have followed throughout my life.
